Mental Health Counselling Geelong offers expert, high quality psychological therapy to the Geelong community. We are a highly qualified and experienced team who are passionate about our roles of assisting and supporting people to reach their personal goals and optimum mental health outcomes.
We have expertise in working with depression, anxiety, the LGBTQIA+ community, relationships, trauma (PTSD), EMDR, eating disorders, substance use and also simply in assisting people to manage the complexities of life.
We appreciate that reaching out for counselling is not always an easy thing to do. It takes courage and sometimes persistence to find the right person. We welcome clients to have an initial session and see if the clinician is the right fit for them.
All of our clinicians have at least 20 years experience in clinical mental health and are completely compassionate to your unique situation.

How it works:

Our phone assistant is here to take general enquiries or cancellation messages, any time of day.

It’s strictly for admin—no sensitive or clinical information is ever stored or shared.

Only Dayna, (that’s me!) listens to your messages and gets back to you—usually within one business day.

Your privacy and confidentiality remain absolutely central to what we do!
Why we’re doing this:

Sometimes we’re in session and can’t get to the phone right away. Leaving a message means you won’t be kept waiting or have to call back.

The phone assistant is a friendly bridge—ensuring your message is safely delivered and responded to as soon as possible.

It’s all about making your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
