Trauma-informed, practical supervision for clinicians
I offer clinical supervision that is grounded, collaborative, and focused on safe, ethical, real-world practice.
My approach is trauma-informed and paced. We’ll keep it practical: clear case formulation, thoughtful planning, and support with the parts of the work that can feel complex or heavy.
Who this is for
Supervision is a good fit if you’re:
-
A social worker (my primary focus), or another allied health clinician working in mental health
-
Early career, returning to practice, or wanting to strengthen your confidence with complex presentations
-
Working with clients experiencing trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism/AuDHD), eating concerns, or gender dysphoria
-
Wanting a supervision space that is warm, structured, and not performative
-
You’re stepping into complex trauma work and want a steadier framework
-
You want support with pacing, stabilisation, and boundaries
-
You want supervision that’s structured and practical
What we can focus on

Trauma-informed practice and working with triggers
-
EMDR-informed conceptualisation (even if you’re not using EMDR)

Reflective practice and clinician wellbeing (in a realistic, sustainable way)
